Plate lunches are a staple in Hawai'i and a great example of the variety of cultures that influence the food. This is our take on the plate lunch with some of our favourite dishes we grew up eating.


This plate lunch features the following:

Local free-range chicken that is marinated in a garlic brine, fried and then covered in a sweet brown sugar shoyu glaze and topped with our home-made furikake! 

2 scoop rice with hanai-made furikake

1 scoop mac salad

Mixed pickles
